New York City (August 2018)

My spouse and I visited New York City for one night midweek in mid-August 2018. We were departing the next day on an international trip, and we had an appointment in the city beforehand, so we decided to spend the night. We tried a “new-to-us” hotel in the Midtown East/Turtle Bay neighborhood, as well as a few restaurants and a tourist attraction that we have been on our “to visit” list for a long time. Even though it was a short visit, we felt like we checked off a lot of boxes with this visit.
