We ate lunch at the
Port Kafe (Namal Keys), which overlooks some of the ruins in Caesarea. Lunch for
three people (three main dish salads, lots of bread, and some drinks) cost
about $75 USD. We dined outdoors on a sidewalk terrace at umbrella-topped tables that offered views of
the ruins, the sand, and the sea, but indoor seating was also available in a room with lots of windows.
