Toronto: Marche (May 1993)

My boyfriend and I ate at Marche in late May 1993. Marche Restaurant is back in Canada, making freshly prepared dishes like homemade pastas, Swiss rosti (a potato and butter dish), sandwiches, locally produced meat, veggies and more, all in amarketplace setting. The focus is on homemade and organic ingredients. Desserts from the Natural Bakery, hand-pressed fruit juices and hot beverages are also onthe menu. Customers can watch their order get made right in front of them. Located in Brookfield Place, this is the biggest restaurant in the franchise.
