My spouse and I stopped at SoHo Park II on a Saturday
morning in early October 2019. The bar/restaurant is open daily for breakfast,
lunch, dinner, drinks, late night, and everything in between. Diners can book a
spot using the online Open Table reservation system, although we (and many others)
arrived as walk-ins on the day that we visited.
SoHo Park II is located on busy 8th Avenue near
the corner of West 50th Street in the Midtown West/Theatre District
neighborhood. A related property (perhaps the original) is actually located in
SoHo (as the restaurant name implies) at the corner of Prince and Lafayette
Streets. The bar/restaurant occupies multiple floors, offering bars and seating
on several levels, in addition to a seasonal outdoor deck. Décor features
exposed brick walls, leather chairs, tables with banquette seating, hanging
Edison bulbs and string lights, wood floors, wall mirrors, and green plants.
SoHo Park offers American cuisine, including breakfast
entrees, appetizers, sandwiches, soups, salads, and lunch/dinner options. A bottomless
brunch (including cocktails and several courses of food) is offered on
weekends. The restaurant offers a full liquor license, including beer, wine,
and spirits.
We enjoyed our time at SoHo Park II, and we would return in
the future to dine outdoors.
