My spouse and I dined at Mama Mexico for dinner in December 2009. We ate an amazing lunch this same day at Per Se, but we were hungry for a small bite later that night. This flamboyant pinata of a place serves big-portioned classics like enchiladas, fajitas, and chile rellenos (two poblano peppers packed with juicy ground beef or cheese, served with lettuce, guacamole, rice and refried beans); it's easy to share and heavy on the queso. The super-fresh guacamole prepared tableside has even the pickiest eaters diving in for more.
