Skybar matches any mood at any time within the deeply sensual background of the colorful tropical gardens. Sure, it’s got great views of the sky, but the reason this outdoor oasis of inequity is so popular is because of its elitist ways. Staff may not serve minors under 21 here, but if you’re not Beyoncé, Posh or Becks, you may not get served either: the velvet rope reigns supreme. Consider it a favor if they don’t admit you as cocktails are stratospherically priced.
