The West End Gastro Club, which we announced the formation of and first menu of late last year, is doing their first kitchen takeover at Jack Callaghan’s in Allentown on January 29th at 5:30pm. They’ll be sticking to Callaghan’s Irish roots and do new takes on Irish pub cuisine. River Horse Brewing out of NJ will be providing the paired brews for the dinner. Tickets are $50 per person, not including tax or gratuity, and can be purchased at Jack Callaghan’s (or give them a call at 610-432-5797). The menu for the dinner is below:
