Fairbanks: Trackers Lounge at the Fairbanks Princess (August 2008)

We ate in the more informal lounge than casual restaurant, which was cozy because of the fireplace. There were booths and tables in addition to bar seating. I had a great “comfort food” entree of meatloaf, and my husband had reindeer lasagna. The lounge was open late, serving food until 11:00 pm.
